# Exporting your reports

### Learn how to export data in PDF or CSV

1. Go to the **Reports** tab.

2. To export any report in a PDF or CSV file, run the report in the format you require the date - i.e. with custom filters applied if necessary.

3. At the top of the report, select and click the export option you need.

4. Your file will then start to download. Usually to the downloads folder on your computer.
