# How do I recover my password?

###  How to reset or recover your password quickly 

1. **If you have forgotten or lost your password** – just click on the ** ${color}[#0000ff](“Forgot your password?”) ** link on the login page and it will take you to a new window where you can request a password reset.

2. Once the new window has loaded, enter your Qintil ID and click the button ** ${color}[#0000ff]('Email Link'). **

3. Check the inbox of the email address (Qintil ID) associated with your Qintil account to access the recovery link. If not found in the inbox, check your __spam and junk folders__ for the recovery link. The email link looks like this:

4. Once you have received the email, click the link  – it will take you to a new window where you can 
enter your new password.
