# How to change notification settings

# Manage notification settings

Change what and how often notifications are sent to you and your learners from Qintil Learning Manager

Go to the **Settings** tab

* Update the **Learner Reminders** by clicking the tick box of the email reminder for the requirements that you would like to remind your learners. You can also modify the canned responses for each email.

* Decide how often you want your non-compliant users to be reminded of their status (this drives engagement).

You can also include learners with _Courses Expiring Soon, Checks and Licenses Requirements, and Include Unread Documents._
