# How to change the settings of locations and department

|| **This article applies to ADMINISTRATORS.**
### Change the settings of locations and department

Follow the instructions below: 

1. Click the **Organisation** tab

2. Click the **edit: 🖉** sign of the specific location or department you wish to edit.

| _Hovering over the **edit:🖉 ** sign with your mouse will show you the editing options as well before you click on it. _

3. Once you have seen the editing options and clicked on the edit icon. A new window will pop-up where you can edit the settings. 

* _Edit the name and timezone of your organisation's location_

* _Edit the name, locations, and users of a specific team or department_

4. Don't forget to click **"Save"** when you're done editing.
