# How to view and download certificates for Learners

|| **This article applies to ADMINISTRATORS.**
### Learn how you can download and print learner's certificates 

* ** How to download certificates in bulk**

1. Go to the **Reports** tab

2. Once you're in the reports page, select **'Completed Courses and Certificates'**

3. Select a saved report or filter to display the results you need by clicking **customise** and click **run**.

4. Tick **Select all** to download all the displayed results or choose individual results (up to 200 in total).

5. Click **apply** to download the certificates in a single PDF file.

* **How to download a certificate for a single learner**

1. Go to **Users** tab and located the learner's name in the user list

2. Locate the course you need the certificate and click on the **View Certificate** and it will open the certificate in a new tab of your browser and it will automatically be downloaded on your device.
