Mark a user as Agency, Bank Staff or Volunteer
This article applies to ADMINISTRATORS.
To help you identify which of your learners are temporary staff, you can now mark them as Agency, Bank staff or Volunteer.
We interpret them as:
Agency staff = temporary workers employed by a third party
Bank staff = temporary workers employed by your organisation
Note: This is for descriptive purposes only.
To mark a user as Agency, Bank staff or Volunteer go to Users tab, and find the user.
In their user card, click the Pencil: 🖉 icon to expand their personal details section. Tick the box that identifies them as Agency, Bank staff or Volunteer.
Do not forget to click save.
You can now filter users in reports using this identification, and create saved reports for just these workers.
