My course does not load when I click on start or resume
What to do if your course gets stuck or doesn't load
QUICK TIP: Use Chrome, Firefox or Safari if your course won't resume because our courses do not work well on other browsers.
Sometimes a course might not load when you click on Start or Resume.
Usually, this problem is caused by your web browser. For example, we know that Internet Explorer isn't
the most modern browser - you may experience problems if you use Internet Explorer or another older
browser.
Download Chrome or use Safari
Most of these problems are resolved simply by using a modern internet browser such as Google Chrome or Safari.
If you want to download Chrome - click the link below:
Download Google Chrome
If you are using an Apple computer, you'll have Safari as your default web browser.
Qintil has been tested and works very well on these browsers.
Switch to Incognito mode
If you still find yourself stuck in a course and cannot resume upon switching browsers, we suggest you use incognito mode.
How to switch to Incognito mode on Chrome or Firefox
Click the button on the top right of your browser and choose 'New Incognito window'.

Once the incognito window has loaded, log in to Qintil again and try doing your courses again.

How to switch on Incognito mode on Safari
On the top window, click 'File' and choose 'New Incognito Window'

You can also do a keyboard shortcut, Ctrl + Shift + N
If you still encounter problems, please send us a message and we'll help you.
Please refrain from using Internet Explorer, as our courses are proven to work best on Chrome, Edge or Safari.
