# What to do if there is an error in a course

### How to report errors or a course not working properly

For any errors you encounter in a course, we highly recommend that you try accessing your account using the app by downloading it from the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) if you are using the desktop/web version and reciprocally. If it still does not work and shows the same error, please contact us.

Qintil is not responsible for the content of courses - we work with course providers who write and maintain the content.

We only work with the best course providers though, so if something isn't quite right, we need to know.

If you notice an error in a course, or if something isn't working as it should, we recommend that you take a screenshot of the issue if possible and please kindly let us know and send us the screenshot, and we will advise the course provider right away.
