How to reset or recover your password quickly

If you have forgotten or lost your password – just click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page and it will take you to a new window where you can request a password reset.



Once the new window has loaded, enter your Qintil ID and click the button 'Email Link'.



Check the inbox of the email address (Qintil ID) associated with your Qintil account to access the recovery link. If not found in the inbox, check your spam and junk folders for the recovery link. The email link looks like this:



Once you have received the email, click the link – it will take you to a new window where you can
enter your new password.



If you are unable to receive or locate the recovery link, please do not hesitate to send us a message in the chatbox located at the bottom right of the screen and we will happily assist you.

Don’t forget to click “Email link” after typing in your email address and remember to check your spam or junk folders for the recovery link.
