How do I recover my password?
Reset your password quickly If you have forgotten or lost your password – just click on the “Lost your password?” link on the sign in page - that will take you to a new window where you can request a password reset.
How do I change my password?
Click on the “Profile” icon in the top right corner and select “My Profile” from the drop-down menu. Follow the instructions and click “Change password”. If you have forgotten your password and can't login, use the I forgot my password link on the login page.
Creating or connecting your account if you've been invited by your employer
How to set up your Qintil ID Creating or connecting your account if you've been invited by your employer If your employer uses Qintil to manage their workplace learning, you'll need to accept their invitation to join so you can access their learning. How to delete your Qintil account
If you do not want to keep your Qintil account, you can quickly cancel your account. Go to your Profile Scroll to the bottom of the page Click on Delete my Account Confirm that you understand that you will lose your data and all of your achievements and press Delete.
How to update your personal details
To view tour Qintil ID and manage your personal details, click on your name in the top right corner of your account whilst logged in, and then choose My profile Here you can manage your identity, the email accounts linked to Qintil, change your password and manage the work history.
