By creating an account and accessing Qintil services, you accept that this Agreement is made and entered into by and between Qintil Technology Ltd and you (You or The Customer) as follows. Definitions set forth in Section 11 will apply.

Qintil takes your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy has been prepared in line with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which takes effect on 25 May 2018.

What to do if you're having problems loading a course

| We highly recommend that you download and use the Qintil App in accessing your courses.

We suggest these steps if the Qintil App is currently not available for you.

Please use or switch to Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge because our courses work well on these browsers.

If you're having problems loading a course using the web or desktop version, try the following steps to try to fix the problem.

I. Course won't open or the screen is blank

If the course just will not open, or the screen stays blank, check the following first:

You're connected to a stable internet connection with good speed
You have pop-up blockers disabled in your web browser. Follow the instructions on how to disable pop-up blockers:

Open your browser.
At the top right, click 'More' and then 'Settings'.

Click 'Privacy and security', and click 'Site settings'.

Click 'Pop-ups and redirects'. At the top, turn the setting to 'Allowed or Blocked'.

How to request for a Course Exemption

Request for a Course Exemption

If you have a been asked to complete a course by your employer in Qintil and you have completed and passed a similar course in the last 12 months, you can ask for a Course Exemption.

Follow the simple steps below to find out how to request for a course exemption:

Go to 'Courses' which you can find on the left side of your screen

Locate and click the course you are asked to complete but have recently passed

Click 'Request Exemption' and fill out all the information needed.

You will then see the status of the course changed to 'Your exemption request is awaiting approval' and an option to update your exemption request.

How do I recover my password?

How to reset or recover your password quickly

If you have forgotten or lost your password – just click on the ** ${color}[#0000ff](“Forgot your password?”) ** link on the login page and it will take you to a new window where you can request a password reset.

Once the new window has loaded, enter your Qintil ID and click the button ** ${color}[#0000ff]('Email Link'). **

Check the inbox of the email address (Qintil ID) associated with your Qintil account to access the recovery link. If not found in the inbox, check your spam and junk folders for the recovery link. The email link looks like this:

Once you have received the email, click the link – it will take you to a new window where you can enter your new password.

If you are unable to receive or locate the recovery link, please do not hesitate to send us a message in the chatbox located at the bottom right of the screen and we will happily assist you.

How to set up your Qintil ID

Creating or connecting your Qintil account if you've been invited by your employer

If your employer uses Qintil to manage their workplace learning, you'll need to accept their invitation to join so you can access their learning.

Check your email address as you'll receive an invitation email that looks like this

| Note: if you have not received an email, please ask your admin or manager to send it again

Click the link to accept the invitation and start the setup process. You'll open a web page that looks like this:

Click "Yes, I have", if you know that you already have a Qintil account

You'll be directed to a login page where you can use your normal login credentials or single sign on (Facebook, LinkedIn) to immediately connect your account.

Click "No, this is my first time", if you do not have a Qintil account yet

You'll be directed to an account creating page where you can sign up for a Qintil ID.

Complete the details, or click on a social media icon to sign up using Facebook, LinkedIn or Gmail.
