Change how long before a learner needs to reset a course
This article applies to ADMINISTRATORS.
You can change how long a course, once completed, lasts before a learner needs to resit it, or its compliance expires. To do so, follow the instructions below:
Go to the Courses tab where you can see the list of all the courses your Organisation has access to.
Click the pencil 🖉 icon on the right side of the course that you wish to edit the compliance period for.
It will take you to a new window where you can set the number of months the Learners would be compliant for after completing the course.
Just type in the number or use the arrows to set the compliance period and then click “Save”.
