How to manage Course Exemption Requests

If your learners are asked to do a course by your organization and they've already completed the similar one recently, they can ask for a course exemption. Once approved, user won't need to do the course again and their learner record will be set as complete for that course, saving you and your learner time.

Follow the simple steps below on how to manage course exemption requests:

Go to Courses tab



Click Exemption Requests



Locate the course needed to be approved



Click on the arrowhead on the right of the course name to view information about the course exemption and review the attached evidence.



Once reviewed, click Approve or Decline



If approved, it will display as Completed in the user's courses. You will also see the details of the exempted courses when you click the arrowhead.
