Customise your User Notification emails

This article applies to ADMINISTRATORS.

How to set up and customise your user notification emails

You can customise the alert emails that get sent to your users for things like Incomplete Courses, Courses Expiring Soon and Checks and Licenses alerts.

To do so you must be a global admin with unrestricted access (i.e. if you are limited to only one location or team, then you cannot customise these emails).

How to customise your email alerts

Head to Settings

You should then select the Learner Reminders tab

Edit and customise the options and content of the email if needed

Note: The first line of the email cannot be edited. You can edit everything in the white text box.

DO NOT enter details about specific courses or timings, deadlines etc. These emails are sent to ALL your users and details of the course or requirement are automatically appended. Adding dates or specific course details may cause your learners confusion.

Change the frequency of email alerts by clicking the drop-down option beside the email frequency option at the top of the window

You can also choose to make emails active or inactive by ticking or unticking the box next to them.

Underneath the text box, you'll see what will be sent with the email - i.e. a course reminder with a Start box.

You can opt to immediately send the notification email to all relevant users if you like or by clicking the send now button at the top right of the window

OR simply click the Save button at the bottom of the window to keep the changes you have made.
