Manually set a course as "Completed" for a Learner
This article applies to ADMINISTRATORS.
You can override the completion of a course and mark it as Complete for a learner, just follow the steps below:
Click your Learners tab and locate the learner's name in the user list. Click on the User’s name to open his/her individual profile.
Find the course in the 'Courses' section and click the three dots button and choose Add Exemption
A pop-up tab window will appear, click the Other Evidence - you can then choose the completion date of the course and then click Save.
After adding the exemption, the course will be listed as 'Exempted', because it was done through a manual override but it will appear along with the other completed courses.
Note that this action will not generate a certificate of completion automatically.
