How to change notification settings
This article applies to ADMINISTRATORS.
Change what and how often notifications are sent to you and your learners from Qintil Learning Manager
Go to the Settings tab
Update the Learner Reminders by clicking the tick box of the email reminder for the requirements that you would like to remind your learners. You can also modify the canned responses for each email.
This impacts EVERYONE in the organisation
EMAIL FREQUENCY
Decide how often you want your non-compliant users to be reminded of their status (this drives engagement).
You can also include learners with Courses Expiring Soon, Checks and Licenses Requirements, and Include Unread Documents.
Don’t forget to click Save once you are done with choosing your preference settings.
