Add and manage Administrators
How to set up and manage admin users in Staffing Manager Adding admin users Administrators are any user in Staffing Manager, they are not the same as users who can be Employees. Add a new administrator by clicking Add at the bottom of the page. You can choose to add an existing user from your Learning Manager, or to invite a new user. Shift Requirements can be used to match bookings to employees with skills and right to work needs. They can include learning from your Learning Manager account and right to work items from Recruitment Manager. To use them with clients, bookings and employees, first set them up here. Shift times are used as default settings when creating a booking so that regularly used shift patterns have start and finish times defined automatically. You can change times in the booking or add custom times. Public holidays can be set to apply public holiday pay and charge rates automatically when creating bookings. Rate cards are pre-set pay and charge rates that can be applied to clients and to parent clients which can then be cascaded to all child clients. When a booking is created, Staffing Manager applies the correct pay and charge rate automatically. Rate cards can have effective dates allowing you to set rate changes in advance. You can segment data, groups of clients and employees and bookings using Business Units and Tags. These can then be applied in reporting and for admin views to enable better visualisation of records and data. Business units Business units are automated geographic segmentations of clients, bookings and employees. Confirming shifts Once you have created a Booking, a record will be created for each shift, and shifts will be made available to eligible employees to request and book. Click into the record to view employee matches and view or edit details. You can filter the bookings page to find employees by name or bookings by status, client, grade, location and various other filter options.
